my madre gave me this pan from williams-sonoma a few years back..and its only tradition.. so instead of making our pumpkin chocolate chip cakes...we did chocolate with
cocoa-cream cheese mousse as the filling and
kahlua-ganache for dramatic effect.. almost as good as my dear friend tommi's homemade oreos..mmmmmmmMmm
