rainy days: French onion soup!!

mmmm toasty garlic toasts with lots of fancy cheeses and sage..

recipe here.. but...i add fresh sage the last 10 min..do half the amount of onions..
{i like it more brothy} and i use white wine and brandy..sprinkle in some fontina if you have it..
