summer time is coming to a close..a chilllll is in the air and we have already decorated for halloween..woohoo! i am going to miss this summer gharring was just about done with this..where i could drink up the sauce right from the pan.if you still have tomatoes in your garden..make this tonight! roast everything you've got..drizzle with balsamic+olive oil s+p take out and toss with cubes of fresh mozzarella+basil chiffinade..toss with fresh pasta!!+ thick shavings of parm.
