 so.obviously i chopped off the bottom..for all you weirdos out there.. ;)

7 layers of heaven. 2 layers of chocolate cake
2 layers of brownie fudge.2 layers of
chocolate mousse..and a layer of thick
dark chocolate ganache.
of course we sneaked in a layer of skor bits
..and chocolate shavings..
yummy @ room temperature..even better chilled.

..personal pizza's..

mini pizza's! i really didn't feel up to making a crust tonight..and wanted dinner fast.
so i got some flatbread out..toasted it..and topped with homemade pesto.mozzarella.fresh tomatoes..and a little garlic salt.. and the other pizza: spicy sausage sauce{classico}.bacon{or pancetta}pepperoni.fresh walla walla onions.fresh red bell peppers.& both topped with flakes of good parmesan.LOVE.the pesto was my fav..meatlovers was todd's.no surprises there.

simple chocolate cakes and a mound of coconut frosting.
{coconut is ground down to a fine powder.for a smooth texture}

we love our last minute {feast} get togethers..
late in the afternoon on sundays with the boys 
playin bocci..and the ladies discussing recipes.one of us
will call and say..all right..meet @ the park in 2 hours
..this time lets do dessert!
we'll show up with a few blankets..and stay till its dark
or when our tummy's can't take any more stuffing.
oooh..and no messy floors!

basil Béchamel sauce..butternut amaretti purée..heaven

really couldn't decide which angle to show...they are all
messy..gooey..and delicious. we have 16 butternut
squash in our garden...and more buds on the way!!
people.help me out.what else can we do with these
